The Power of Mantra ~ Hari Dharam Kaur Khalsa, (L/D) Tantric Shelter
Mantras flow from the eternal sound current of the Shabd Guru. This wellspring of infinity from which all mantras originate can bring our consciousness from finite to the Infinite and unity in Oneness. Our focus of mind in Kundalini Yoga is always on a mantra to help bring the brain hemispheres into balance and further deepen the effect of the yoga. Mantra helps prevent the subconscious mind from interfering with the process of healing.
