NEW THIS YEAR! EVENT TICKET: If you register on-line your confirmation print out with the bar-code is your Event Ticket. If you bring this with you then your arrival will be FASTER and SIMPLE. *IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) current members and the primary contact of a 3HO® Yoga Center participating in the Partnership Program qualify for an additional discount of $50 off the Adult Early Registration Rate of $650 ONLY (if service exchange, senior, couple, student, international traveler, the IKYTA discount is not available). Day Passes for On-Line Registration:
Day passes are from 9:00 a.m. on the day of the pass until Gurdwara is over the following day. You may camp on-site that evening. The pass includes breakfast, lunch and dinner of the day of the pass.
Tantric start times vary so please come to registration at 7:30, especially if you have not registered on-line.

United States and Canada Discounts
- Early Registration Discounts and discounts for IKYTA, senior, student, and couples are applied to on-line registration only. Registration and payment must be received by May 31st for Summer and November 31st for Winter at 5 p.m. MST
- Service Exchanges and Financial Aid recipients are not eligible for any other discounts.

International Travelers, Latin & South America, and Africa Discount
- Latin & South America, and Africa have a new option for payment on-line with PayPal so discounts are no longer extended beyond Early Registration.
If you have an international credit card or want to use Pay Pal, you must register on-line by May 31st for Summer and November 31st for Winter at 5 p.m. MST (or if this falls on a weekend, the following Monday at 5 p.m. MST) to obtain discounts.
- Travelers from outside the U.S. and Canada must show proof of international travel for this event such as their round trip airline ticket (or stamped passport from Mexico) to obtain discount. Tickets must be within 3 weeks prior to or after event.
- Service Exchanges and Financial Aid recipients are not eligible for any other discounts.

Registration Deadlines
- Early registration pricing ends May 31st for Summer and November 31st for Winter (if these dates fall on a weekend, then the following Monday) at 5 p.m. MST.
- On-line registration will remain open at the full price rate ($750) throughout the event.
Youth Policy
- Youth 17 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or acting guardian who is over 25 years of age.
- A Registration and Release Form must be signed for all children between the ages of 1-17 by a parent. Please print, complete, and bring this form with you to Solstice.
- In the event that a youth or teen is accompanied by an acting guardian, parents must sign and have notarized an Acting Guardian Authorization Form. Please print, complete, and bring this form with you to Solstice.
- All youths and teens between the ages of 1-17 must have an Information Form filled out so Team 3HO Foundation is aware of any restrictions or special needs your child may have. Please print, complete, and bring this form with you to Solstice.
- Youths 17 or under without a parent or guardian will not be allowed entrance into camp and parent will be called to pick child up.
Cancellation Policy

Registrant must fill out Refund Request Form for a refund to their credit card by June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter. Refunds will be minus a $50 processing fee.
- After June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter, registrants must fill out the Credit Request form and an event credit code will be emailed by the opening of the next event (minus a $50 processing fee). Credit may be applied to a Solstice Sadhana Celebration, International Women’s Camp, or Khalsa Youth Camp for one year following date of issue. The credit submission deadline is the first day of either event. This does not apply to Service Exchanges whose deadline for refunds or credits is June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter.
- No refunds or credits will be given to participants once they have entered the Solstice Sadhana site. No refund or credit is available if you cancel on the first day of the event; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason.
- No refunds will be given to Service Exchange Registrants unless they have contacted both Customer Service and the Area Manager in written form (email, fax or letter) by June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter.
- A $50 processing fee will be charged for any refunds or credits.
- Processing approved refunds will take approximately 4 – 6 weeks.
- Approved credits will receive an event credit code used for 3HO events only for the next year and this code will be sent by the start of registration for the next event.
- You must fill out either refund or credit forms, or if you do not have access to a computer, send cancellation requests by the above noted dates to our mailing address: 3HO Foundation International, P.O. Box 1560, Santa Cruz, NM 87567
If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for credit, such as death in family or serious illness, you must fill out the credit form by the last day of the event. Only credits will be given, no credit card refunds.
