Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund you must fill out a Refund Application by June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter. After this date only credits will be issued (see terms below) so you will not be eligible for a refund. For Khalsa Youth Camp or International Women’s Camp check with their websites for deadlines. All Refunds will be minus $50 processing fee.
- Refunds : Will be given (minus a $50 processing fee) only if the Refund Application is submitted by June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter. For Services Exchanges no refunds will be given unless they have contacted their Area Manager via email and filled out the Refund Application.
- Credits: After June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter you must submit a Credit Application(minus a $50 processing fee) by July 1st for Summer and January 1st for Winter . Credit may be applied to a Solstice Sadhana Celebration, International Women’s Camp, or Khalsa Youth Camp for one year following date of the canceled event. No credits will be given to participants once they have entered the Solstice Sadhana site. No credit is available if you do not show up and do not fill out the credit form by dates specified or if you leave the event early.
- A $50 processing fee will be charged for any refunds or credits. Up until May 20th for Summer and November 20th for Winter processing approved refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks. The refund will be credited to the registration credit card only. After May 20th for Summer and November 20th for Winter refunds will be processed in 4-6 weeks. Approved credits will receive an Event Credit Code to be used for 3HO events only (no teacher trainings with KRI or other Trainers) for the next year and this code will be sent via email by the start of registration for the next event September 1st for Winter and March 1st for Summer.

If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for credit, such as death in family or serious illness, you must submit the credit application with detailed explanation, in addition to this you may email Customer Serviceat link in blue above. No refunds only credits will be considered without following these instructions.
