Embody the Sound Current ~ Adarsh Kaur, (Move) Fire Tent
Celestial Communication is the art and science of meditative movement with Shabad Guru, the sacred sound current. In this class, we will embody the Shabad Guru by moving the upper body to the rhythm and vibration of mantras and sacred songs. This experience will bring the heavens to the Earth. It will give you the subtlety and presence of a teacher and allow you to vibrate the truth with every cell of your being.

Adarsh Kaur loves teaching Kundalini Yoga and Celestial Communication. She began her yogic journey at the age of 14 through the practice of sun salutations in a modern dance class. A KRI certified teacher since 2000, Adarsh also serves as the Retail Manager and Teacher Training Administrator at Yoga West.
