Yogi Bhajan said if you cannot hold these exercises comfortably for 11 minutes a day “something in you is dying.” You need this kriya if your weight has increased for no reason, you’ve acquired fat under the navel or your metabolism is off.
Nam Kaur has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 30 years. Founder of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, she worked closely with Yogi Bhajan on projects such as the Aquarian Teacher textbook. Currently working on a book on spiritual relationships, Nam Kaur is happily married to Dr. Siri Atma Singh and lives in Santa Barbara.
