Ramdesh Kaur is an IKYTA certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She was once the residential Kundalini Yoga teacher at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She now spends her time spreading the teachings as Spirit Voyage’s Director of Marketing and Public Relations and sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, meditation and mantra, which have transformed her life.
