Come learn how the ebb and flow of sun and moon can infuse your sexual relationship with sacredness. Appropriate for hetero or same sex singles or couples. (You don’t have to be in a sexual relationship for this session to be helpful!)

Breathwalk® and Become Intuitively Right! ~ Shakta Kaur Kezios, (Move) Fire Tent

Many spiritual traditions use walking as a meditation to calm the mind, connect to nature and for healing. Breathwalk® is a simple, natural and effective walking practice derived from Kundalini Yoga. More powerful than ‘just walking,’ Breathwalk incorporates the meditative mind with specific breath patterns synchronized with your steps. In this session you’ll use your breath, your voice and your footsteps to come from silence and intuit the Divine’s will for you. All levels welcome.

Shakta Kaur co-owns Kundalini Yoga in the Loop (KYL) in downtown Chicago, Illinois, USA, with her husband, Hari Dev Singh. She taught the very first class at KYL on Guru Ram Das’ birthday in 2003. Shakta enjoys helping other yogis begin their teaching careers. She has written several articles for 3HO IKYTA on a variety of subjects especially designed to help new teachers. Shakta’s skill at getting to the heart of an issue helps teachers ‘move’ on their visions and dreams for themselves. She especially enjoys helping new teachers devise curricula, workshops and marketing tools to help fill their classes!

Shakta also co-teaches the popular tele-class series, ‘The Business of Yoga’ once each year. She also leads yatras to India where she teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation at the Punarnava Ayurveda and Yoga Conference. Shakta’s next yatra to India is scheduled for February 2013.
