Group Sadhana

We invite you to participate in group Sadhana (spiritual practice). Each morning, we begin at 3:45 a.m. with Japji (prayer reading), followed by 45 minutes of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, 62 minutes of meditation to live music, and a short Gurdwara* service. Yogi Bhajan gave us an Aquarian Sadhana as a powerful personal tool during the transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age. You will encounter your essence in group Sadhana, and facilitate self-healing and transformation.

*Gurdwara

Gurdwara means the “Gate of the Guru,” where everybody is welcome. Gurdwara is a unique and powerful devotional service that uses the technology of the Shabd Guru and the sound current of the Naad to connect the individual to the Infinite. Through the sacred sound current, prayer, and prasad (sharing food that has been blessed), our spirits are uplifted and we gain the experience of the Infinite. A short Gurdwara is held each morning at the completion of Sadhana. A longer Gurdwara service is held on Sunday morning which allows us to deeply connect with and express the devotion and longing of the soul.
