We peel and chop every morning while we chant and drink yogi tea. Most of our chopping is expertly done in the morning. Expect to arrive in the kitchen as early as 5 am to begin.

- Prepare to serve approximately 6 hours per day, in a variety of ways.
- Arrive on Wednesday June 17th by 6pm.
- Ready to start working in the morning on Thursday June 18th.
- Serve until noon on Saturday June 27th.
