This seva project serves every community where there is a Kundalini Yoga teacher who wants to serve the underserved. We are training Kundalini Yoga teachers world wide to gain the specific skills needed to safely and effectively teach a trauma sensitive 8 week Kundalini Yoga curriculum to people recovering from trauma. This curriculum has research to support its effectiveness and is applicable no matter what the source of the trauma. |
