Service Project Name: "Yoga Joy"

For the last 6 years some friends and I have been visiting a Children’s Public Hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We feel blessed to share these moments with the kids and their relatives. Visualizing the Yoga Postures after pulling the Yoga cards from our book, introducing Kundalini Yoga to the children and their parents, doing Pranayamas, singing, and writing “Letter balloons…” are some of the activities we do with them. The letter balloon is a game that came to our mind the first day we went to the hospital. Nowadays there is a “Letter Balloon Club”. If we receive this grant we will use a part to send our yoga set book with the cards, songs, Celestial Communications and stories to other Children’s Hospitals in Argentina and other countries, and inspire others how to do this service. And also, it will help us to buy pencils, papers, pajamas, coloring books and special equipment
