“Raising the kundalini is not the problem, letting her come down and sit is the problem.” Yogi Bhajan taught this makes us become spiritual for few minutes and then we mess up again. The light of the spirit is in everything. Everyone. We will work through meditation to relate to the God inside, stabilize, let the heavens descend and face the God outside.
