When Guru Nanak Dev ji received Jal (water) Samadhi, his experience gave us Japji Sahib. In Pauree 34 through 37 of Japji Guru Nanak described the 5 Khands. We will explore what they are and how we can advance to realize these elements of spiritual mastery.
