 Are you ready to take your experience of service to the next level?

If you have attended 3HO Women's Camps in the past and are ready to be apart of the operational team, consider becoming an Area Manager. We are looking for women dedicated to the Women's Teachings and to supporting the experience of Women's Camp on the ground level. As many people who become addicted to service know, the real fun happens behind the scenes! We prefer candidates who think that they can commit to service for more than one year.  An IWC Service Exchange Area Manager’s service commitment includes:
  • Daily staff meetings
  • Preparation for IWC before the event (via phone or email)
  • Building your team of Service Exchange members and outlining your Karma Yogi needs
  • Managing your Service Exchange members and Karma Yogis during IWC
A Service Exchange Area Manager’s time commitment is “whatever it takes.” As a Service Exchange Area Manager, your experience is intense and focused in your area of service.
