Yogi Bhajan was always reminding us that we had to get out of our self-isolation and into community. Though it can be uncomfortable at times, there is a beautiful science to being in community. A big part of the Solstice Sadhana, believe it or not, is simply making the choice to go each year as a renewal to your personal Sadhana.
It's dusty, sometimes uncomfortable, hot, and windy. But what you walk away with is light, confidence, patience and grit!
Did you know that the profit from 3HO Summer and Winter Solstices fund all of the services that 3HO provides year round?
One of these new and great services that we are launching this fall is “Dear 3HO” hosted by Sewa Singh. You are invited to write in your questions and answers about keeping up on a spiritual path. This will be an online format and we will be here to answer the call in a personal way!
Donate today so that we can answer everyones call!
If you can't make it, stay connected with us on 3HO Facebook, join the 40-Day Sadhana, and meditate and get together with your 3HO community. Stay inspired and Keep Up!
P.S. We are commited to keeping Solstice Sadhanas affordable so that it can be a part of your annual renewal. Donate today to support the Organic Food at Solstice. You can also sponsor a stainless steel food serving container!
Studies suggest that storing or serving hot food in plastics may be harmful. We need fifty 4 gallon stainless steel meal serving containers with lids for this Summer Solstice. If you have a little more to give please contribute to help us keep this event accessible and healthy. Each stainless steel bucket with lid costs $100.
