Live To Give		Choice Living This entry involves Har Gopal from Kundalini Yoga and Wellness teaching Yoga at the non-profit Choice Living which provides safe affordable housing for women who have experienced domestic violence, drug addiction and incarceration. These monies will go towards teaching materials for these beautiful women to help them find the much needed balance that spirit brings in their lives. Kirtan for Caregivers		Kirtan for Caregivers "Kirtan for Caregivers"/"Kirtan for Caregivers" impacts caregivers and their families in the US and potentially worldwide. During Family Caregiver Month (November, 2013), a video of the Kirtan Kriya will be emailed to caregivers along with daily inspirational messages. Practicing the Kirtan Kriya has been demonstrated in preliminary research to benefit caregivers, and this service project will support them in their service to loved ones.
PLAYoga Seva		Grosse Pointe Farms My video shows the elementary school in affluent Grosse Pointe Farms where I started teaching my yoga enrichment classes and still serve to this day. It ends with a school only 4 miles away in Detroit, Michigan where children have to walk past dozens of abandoned homes and discarded garbage. My seva is the children of Detroit starting at this school with an after school yoga club and expanding to five.
