In 2021, during this time of COVID, 3HO will be offering a full schedule of online events.  We will miss being together in person, but we hope you will join us to experience dynamic Kundalini classes, morning sadhanas, concerts, and connection with your Kundalini community from around the world.  All from the comfort of your home. 3HO looks forward to serving the Espanola Mother Ashram Sangat Members in participating in this years Summer Solstice Sadhana! 

Please Note: Everyone is welcome for free for these services and activities:
-Peace Prayer Day 
-Sunday Gurdwara
-Ransabhai (Starts in the evening, Friday,  around 7pm)
The New $5 Sangat Pass
-Included Morning Sadhana
-It does not include camping
-It does not include evening programming
-This pass is for members that are driving up the hill for morning sadhana
 
Adult and children Espanola Sangat Pass: $108
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
-White Tantric Yoga
-Children or Teen Camp 
(Please Note: The Sangat Pass excludes ALL youth programs. 
In order for Children and Teens to participate in any capacity with the Youth Programs they will need a full Youth Solstice Pass. )
A. The $108 Adult pass includes:
-Camping
-Sadhana/Gurdwara
-Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (includes children special meals and snacks)
-All class workshops
-No Karma Yoga Required
B. Sangat Children and Teens:
-Sangat Children & Teens 17 and under can enjoy the same Sangat Pass benefits without an admission fee. They will need to be registered with their parents .

3HO has a great teen exchange team program that 12 -17 year olds can participate in that gets them a full Summer Solstice Pass for the reduced rate of $250. Click here to apply.
