Let’s celebrate yoga—union—and all the ways it expands and uplifts us. The practice of Kundalini Yoga brings body, mind, and soul together as one. It has the power to bring the rich diversity of humanity together as one elevated consciousness of light and love.
June 21 is the United Nations International Day of Yoga. The UN notes that “yoga brings unity between mind and body,” and is “important in making healthier lifestyle choices and contributing to stress relief and peace.”
This month we are featuring kriyas showing the wide range of issues Kundalini Yoga addresses, including stress, vitality, sleep, prosperity, tolerance, healing, and more. We are truly grateful for and blessed with the wondrous gift of Kundalini Yoga!

Kundalini Yoga Technology
Kriya for Elevation
This easy set of exercises is excellent as a tune-up. It systematically exercises the spine and aids in the circulation of prana to balance the chakras.
Sat Kriya
This one exercise contains just about all the benefits of Kundalini Yoga within itself. Sat Kriya is designed to do the one thing from which all well-being springs: raise the kundalini energy.
Set for the Nervous System and Glandular Balance
This kriya is for reducing stress and fortifying the mind and body to effectively respond to change in a healthy way.
Nabhi Kriya for Digestion
Most colds and influenza come from an energy imbalance that begins in the digestive track. To stimulate good digestion, the Navel Point must be stimulated and the energy distributed through the two main naadis that pass on either side of the Navel Point. All the facets of this kriya do this.
Meditation on the Self
Let the light shine from your head to guide you in the path of Truth. Meditate on your past. Meditate on your present. Who are you? Meditate on your future. You are created by the Creator to express Himself.
Kriya for Tolerance
To gain strength for tolerance and humility, the navel center needs to be developed. This kriya works on the abdomen, stimulating the navel energy to rise to the higher centers and then integrating it with the whole aura.
Kriya for Self-Reliance
Radiance is blocked by fears. Fear comes with dependence. The only dependence that is acceptable is complete dependence on Guru and wisdom, for that will lead to self-reliance, and that will vanish all the fears.
Inner Vitality & Stamina
This kriya unleashes the energy that is within you. It's a simple set. Its effects are immediate. It's appropriate for beginners and advanced alike.
Attitude of Gratitude Meditation
Cultivate the attitude of gratitude. The attitude of gratitude is when you are grateful for every breath of life.
Kriya for Healing Addictions
This meditation is excellent for everyone but particularly effective for rehabilitation efforts in drug dependence, mental illness, and phobic conditions.
Meditation to Bring Prosperity into Your Life
You have unilimited reserve energy. When you invoke your energy, there's nothing that is small in you and all the environments start flying towards you. Find your Self within yourself and then see what comes to you.
Meditation to Heal a Broken Heart
To heal the emotional wounds of the heart, we need to bring calm to the nerves that hold the wound. This mudra creates balance; it generates a subtle pressure which adjusts the heart meridian.
Ra Ma Da Sa Healing Meditation
This healing meditation is used to pray for healing energy for our friends, family, and ourselves. Try it when you want to send healing energy to a loved one or need healing yourself.
Shabad Kriya for Deep Sleep and Radiance
It is said that if this meditation is practiced regularly, sleep will be deep and relaxed, and the nerves will regenerate. After a few months, the rhythm of your breath as you sleep will be subconsciously regulated in the rhythm of the mantra.
