This entry involves Har Gopal from Kundalini Yoga and Wellness teaching Yoga at the non-profit Choice Living which provides safe affordable housing for women who have experienced domestic violence, drug addiction and incarceration. These monies will go towards teaching materials for these beautiful women to help them find the much needed balance that spirit brings in their lives.
