SPIRIT of GIVING

SPIRIT of GIVING

I have been leading Kundalini workshops to groups of women, the economically disadvantaged, the mentally challenged, the elderly, and the disabled in my mother's former home in Canton, Ohio (U.S.A.). When my mother died two years ago, she left behind a kind of Spirit-of-Giving frequency because she was someone who always gave freely from her heart through sharing food, flowers, and feelings with others. With my workshops, I feed everyone vegan meals. In July, I will be leading a workshop for local foster children. Should I receive the 3HO/Yogi Grants for Inspiring Acts of Service, I would use the grant to expand the foster children project from a single workshop to an entire program with a series of Kundalini classes so that the children may develop the practice--and carry and pass it on.
