Numerology Forecast for March 2015: Go Higher and Lean In

By Nam Hari Kaur

The month of March is a dynamically mixed bag of emotional highs and lows. When you are riding the crest of your creativity and spiritual practice you will surge to new heights, and when you fall prey to the shadows of the past, life will feel less than spectacular.

It will require an applied effort to keep things on an even keel, and the tipping point of equilibrium on our personal river of life will be the emotion of anger.

The number 3 of March reveals to us where there has been a lack of nurturing in our childhood, and how we keep attracting the same types of relationships which provide the same negative results. This could be a lot to get angry about!

The number 3 represents the Positive Mind, which is our ability to see the positive, creative viewpoint in any given situation. Since number 3 is challenged this month, it will take an extra effort to maintain our positive outlook in life. What will help tremendously is the yogic exercise, Sat Kriya. Yes, it’s back to basics, and 3 minutes a day is your minimum requirement before stepping outside the front door. Eleven minutes a day will make you a Yogic Superstar, able to jump over other people’s inflated egos in a single bound!

The number 3 also represents the liver, and a Spring liver cleanse will help you to rise above the emotional backwash of the past. It’s sink or swim time, and all this is being fueled, in part, by the fact that the number 9 appears in the Heart calculation for March. Nine is the most intense number, and in its positive polarity it behaves in a smooth, subtle, and sophisticated manner. However, when it goes negative, well, as the expression goes, “Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned.”

We are now in the midst of a unique configuration called the 3-6-9 Progression. Number 3 is the month, number 6 is the Gift of the year (2015), and number 9 is the Heart. The numbers 3, 6, and 9 are all of the Fire Element, so things will be heating up in people’s psyche. Where the flash-point of ignition will be, is in the potential Memory Lane spiral of “Why was I not loved as a child, and why areyou making me feel the same way?”

This obviously can get a little intense, so the first and easiest thing to do is to drink a lot of water to balance out the Fire Element. Then, cleanse the liver so the body can release the chemical debris of these emotions. Thirdly, practice Sat Kriya so you can get the old programming out of your system. As Yogi Bhajan has said, “Give yourself a chance.”

Many of us did not have the most stellar of childhoods, myself included. When I was growing up the projected parental programming was, “I will only love you if you have less than me, and are struggling to gain more.” This is a very heavy script to grown up under, and it has taken me years to unravel it. Thank God for meditation and mantra music, as it provides a higher point of reference, and it is from there we can cleanse and recalibrate ourselves. Now when I see the same repeating pattern smiling at me with that “come hither” look, I just smile and move on.

Moving on now to more ways we can heal ourselves, everyone knows that music is a powerful catalyst for change. A song that I found breathtakingly gorgeous is “I Will Rise” by the Christian rock band Hillsong. To see all the beautiful young people filled with such faith and devotion, oh my. The best part of the video is when they pan to the audience (live concert!), and you see the expressions on everyone’s faces. I would have given anything to have something like this when I was a teenager.

As we are presently moving through the Aquarian Age transition, it is important to remember that transition periods are never easy. Sometimes we need to feel loved and nurtured, even when there is no one around to hold that space for us. A fun and creative idea is to have a picture of your personal Saint, Guru, Savior, or Angel, and then place a picture of yourself inside the picture frame with that saint. Crop the picture of yourself so you are right next to your beloved supporting Angel.

Changing gears here, but on the same track, there is a dynamic of physics called “drafting.” It is used in bicycle racing when a cyclist wants to stay near the head of the race, but needs to rest and not have to pedal so hard to keep up. The cyclist will place himself slightly behind and to the right of the lead cyclist, which creates a vortex where it requires less energy to maintain his momentum.

I think you get the picture, and as many people are feeling road-weary in the Aquarian Age shift, we need to feel that someone will always be there for us. Go higher my friends, lean into your personal Angel, and know that Heavens will help cover the distance for you. Kind blessings, and Sat Nam.
