The Tent Set Up Crew provides an important welcoming presence to solstice participants. They will help any attendee set up their personal tent. They are also responsible for making sure 3HO rental tents are accurately and clearly labeled with their tent numbers. Each day people from the Tent Set Up Crew will check the 3HO tents for signs of damage or to fix any loose stakes etc. After any inclement weather Tent Set Up Crew should be available to help re-set up or fix 3HO rental tents and any personal tents.  The team may also be asked to help breakdown and pack attendees' tents.
